Benefits:
Fully weathered grill offering permanent ventilation, generally used in environments
where ventilation is required at all times, such as laboratories etc.
Size Options:
Most sizes are available from our standard range, however, specific design
requirements can be met to suit your needs.
Insulation:
Cork or PVC insulation can be fitted to base kerb, as an option , to suit your
requirments.
Glazing Options:
Thermoformed rooflights - Twin or single skin applications
from our standard range, 3mm UV protection outer skin / 3mm thick inner skin.
Comes with manufactuer discolouration and impact resistance garuntees.
Glass - Applications can be incorporated.
Fixing Details:
The kerb is supplied fully assembled ready for fitment to roof structures,
kerb should be fixed at corners then 300mm centres.
Thermoformed rooflights - Are supplied separately to kerb
and should be bolted to opening frame - sealer washers, caps & roofing
bolts with nuts are supplied as standard for this purpose.
Cleaning / Maintenance:
Cleaning - Thermoformed rooflights should be washed down with a mild
detergent and warm water. Do not use abrasives.
Maintenance - Annually check mechanical components, and lubricate
where necessary, actuating components.
Other options available:
This unit can be supplied in 'adapter kerb profile' (see data
sheet)
Anti burglar and security options, such as 'Burglar bars and security
fixings' are available on request.
Points To Check Prior To Advising Us Of Your Requirements:
When placing an enquiry / order please be sure to note the roof opening
size, and where possible, the width of the upstand kerb.
